Hot Forging Technology

Hot Forging Technology

Hot forging technology is a powerful engineering process based on shaping metal by heating it above its recrystallization temperature using high-tonnage presses and forging hammers. Ideal for large-diameter and complex-geometric parts that surpass the limitations of cold forming, this method closes micro-voids in the metal's internal structure and creates a homogeneous structure. This thermal and mechanical process increases the ductility (elasticity) and impact toughness of the material, providing superior resistance to cracking and fracture under demanding dynamic loads. Compared to casting or standard machining methods, it significantly improves the mechanical integrity of the material.

Our supply network includes large-diameter bolts, heavy-duty nuts, structural anchors, and project-specific massive fasteners, all offered with the quality to withstand the most demanding conditions of heavy industry thanks to this powerful hot forging technology. We are particularly designed to fully meet the high strength and size requirements of the wind energy, construction, marine, and heavy machinery sectors. We provide reliable supply in quality classes 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 (High Grade), in non-standard large sizes and to meet your project's specific requirements.
